Strongman Blend
AUD $16.00Strongman is for those of you that like that punch in your coffee. We have achieved a rich, strong blend that is far from the blackened, oily stuff you find on the supermarket shelves. Strongman cuts through milk like a knife through butter and slaps you in the face if you dare to drink it black! It's what you need to get you going in the morning!

colombia decaf
AUD $19.00Our De-caf is a micro-lot blend made up of small holders from Huila, Colombia. EA Decaf process is unique to Colombia. The coffee first goes through a steaming process. Caffeine is then extracted using a natural sugarcane by-product (ethyl acetate). This process helps to maintain sweetness while maintaining maximum flavour.

Turbo Chook Blend
AUD $21.00Last year, our limited release blend 'Turbo Chook' became our most popular limited release blend to date and quickly earned a weekly spot in the kitchen cupboards of many. Just like last year, we've kept it the same, featuring majority Australian grown and processed coffee from the Jack Murat estate in Mareeba, paired with a PNG from Kindeng Mill.

El Salvador Mauricio Salaverria
AUD $36.00Finca Himalaya is a 60-hectare farm owned by Mauricio A. Salaverria, who also owns a farm called Finca Divisadero. This farm is located in a different mountain range than it's named for: the Apaneca Mountains in El Salvador's Ataco region. The Honey processed coffee on Mauricio's farm is picked ripe and dry fermented for 20 hours. It's dried on raised beds for 23 to 25 days. His farms are planted with Bourbon, Pacamara, and Maragogype varieties, as well as cypress, pine andinga shade trees. The volcanic soil and use of shade create a very hospitable environment for the coffee, and Mauricio has developed his own systems for processing.
