Filter Show - Ethiopia Aramo
Ethiopia

From one of Single O's favourite washing stations in Ethiopia, this Filter Show combines two top lots — one washed and one natural — for the best of both worlds in filter, batch and cold brew. Sourced from the mountainous Gedeo zone (Yirgacheffe), Aramo Washing Station serves ~700 producers at 1,900–2,000m, yielding delicate fruit and floral notes. Roasted specifically for filter and rotating roughly every 12 weeks.
